Refund Policy

1. Full Refund

(a) When the items you receive have quality problem, we will refund to you fully, including problem in the hardware or adapters. But You need to return back the full kit first.
(b) If we send wrong items to you, which is our responsibility to refund full item value and pay the extra fee for you. But You need to return back the full kit first.
(C) If product is out of stock, we will send email to check if you want to exchange or get refund. If you want to cancel the order, we will refund full money to you.

2. Order Wrong Item

If you order the wrong products, you can contact us to get the return address of ours. Then return back the full kit without damage. After we get the package and confirmed everything is all right. we will arrange the refund for you. But we will also deduct you 10% handling fees from your payment. please notice

3. Item is Not Received

Usually, we will provide tracking number and tracking link timely. If you don’t get item for a long time, please contact us timely. We will confirm with the couriers and get back to you ASAP. If product gets lost during transportation, we will arrange replacement for you and bear the shipping cost by ourselves.

But if customer's invalid shipping address, or wrong contact information (carrier failed to contact the customer to receive the parcel) or customer refuses to pay for the import duty when parcel is shipped outside the UK (we will confirm with customer before the shipment) that cause a return, we will not refund the shipping fee it costs in this case.
